Starting a project
When you start a project, questions in your mind arises. You start to question the feasibility of your project, or where to build it, the size and scale - if the development would fit on your land, the potential of the location, the budget needed, or the approval from governing agencies and stakeholders. If these are the questions in your mind, pre-design services are what you need. Pre-design studies may guide you in the best direction of your journey and keep your project from a major "trial and error" method of problem-solving during the design stages. Take a look at the list of services below. If you have any questions, contact us.
Architecture Design Process
These are the promotional activities in order to develop and generate financial support and acceptance from governing agencies or from the stakeholders. We can be your professional agent/representative by producing and coordinating these additional activities.
These are architect's valuable input about your project, attendance to a conference or meeting, or evaluetion and appraisal of your contemplated project
Detailed analysis of the project will determine the viability of your proposed development. The studies will set the project against present and future trends to forecast how it will perform over time.
An analysis of the space requirements of the project based on organizational structure and functional set-up pinpoints linkages and interaction of spaces. Afterward, the formulation of the space program will serve as the basis for the development of the architectural plan/design.
Space Management Studies
A problem-seeking process which will lead to the statement and identification of both horizontal and vertical requirements of the project building. This may also include a space program with characterizations of the envisioned spaces such as ambiance, cost range, etc.
When you want to know the appropriate site for your project and building program, we can formulate site selection criteria, evaluate each site, and create analysis.
Site Selection Analysis
A research and analysis about the potential of your land and your proposed development, the context within and the surrounding of your proposed site, and development controls
Site Utilization and land Use Studies
Determine the adequate size and appropriate configuration and assemblage of space for your proposed project in consideration of the use, allocation, and interface of spaces for given activities.
This is applied in the cost management process to minimize the negative effect of simplified operations associated with many cost-reduction programs. The goal is to achieve an unimpaired program at minimum cost.
When we conduct researches and assemble facts to use as a basis for the conclusion or reference for architecture and design.
Know the land for your project even better with MAP.
Site Analysis - The client wishes to build a sustainable development that supports tourism in the Province of Palawan. For this vision, knowing the context of the land within and the surroundings is crucial for planning and designing the project. The relationship between natural features, surrounding nature, and the impact of existing land-use was analyzed. Development controls from the National Building Code, Fire Code of the Philippines, Water Code, as well as the revised Forestry Reform Code, and Strategic Environmental Plan for Palawan Act were studied. Above are some of the studies presented.

Space Planning - This study was aimed to explore the site viability for a mixed-use hotel development through initial space planning. The development is located at Siliguri, West Bengal, India. Building guidelines (Development controls) from "The Kolkata Municipal Corporation Building Rules of 2009" were studied and analyzed to form possible space stacking and floor layout options. As per the KMC Building rule, the required side open space of the lot is proportional to the height of the building. Three (3) viable options were presented.

Site Utilization and Land Use Study - This study was made to determine the suitable residential tower floor plate/shape for the development located within the proposed mixed-use estate in Siliguri, West Bengal, India. Design standards from "The Kolkata Municipal Corporation Building Rules of 2009" and "National Building Code of India of 2016" requirements were considered in forming possible tower floor plate/shape options for the said development. In this study, the efficiency of each residential tower floor plate was presented as Net Salable Area (NSA = total area of residential units) over the total Construction floor Area (CFA = NSA + common area).
