Site Analysis - The client wishes to build a sustainable development that supports tourism in the Province of Palawan. For this vision, knowing the context of the land within and the surroundings is crucial for planning and designing the project. The relationship between natural features, surrounding nature, and the impact of existing land-use was analyzed. Development controls from the National Building Code, Fire Code of the Philippines, Water Code, as well as the revised Forestry Reform Code, and Strategic Environmental Plan for Palawan Act were studied. Above are some of the studies presented.

Explore viable options for land development.

Space Planning - This study was aimed to explore the site viability for a mixed-use hotel development through initial space planning. The development is located at Siliguri, West Bengal, India. Building guidelines (Development controls) from "The Kolkata Municipal Corporation Building Rules of 2009" were studied and analyzed to form possible space stacking and floor layout options. As per the KMC Building rule, the required side open space of the lot is proportional to the height of the building. Three (3) viable options were presented.

Site Utilization and Land Use Study - This study was made to determine the suitable residential tower floor plate/shape for the development located within the proposed mixed-use estate in Siliguri, West Bengal, India. Design standards from "The Kolkata Municipal Corporation Building Rules of 2009" and "National Building Code of India of 2016" requirements were considered in forming possible tower floor plate/shape options for the said development. In this study, the efficiency of each residential tower floor plate was presented as Net Salable Area (NSA = total area of residential units) over the total Construction floor Area (CFA = NSA + common area).
